Process Engineer Lithography   (m/f %

Your responsibility

  • Operate and monitor photolithography equipment including resist coating, exposure, and development tools
  • Continuously improve existing lithography processes with focus on yield, stability, and throughput
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root cause analysis of process deviations
  • Support the transfer and optimization of new process flows into production by working closely with the leaders of cross-functional R&D initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth and timely processing of engineering and production wafer lots through the line
  • Work with metrology systems to monitor process performance and ensure product quality
  • Engage with equipment suppliers to address operational needs and support upgrades or replacements

Your profile

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in engineering (e.g. FH or equivalent), preferably with focus on microtechnology
  • Hands-on experience in photolithography or cleanroom production environment
  • Strong interest in production support and process optimization 
  • Basic knowledge of SPC and DOE is a plus
  • Structured and independent working style with a proactive mindset
  • Team player with good communication skills in German and English
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced cleanroom environment
