You will lead a team of 4 people and take full ownership of our accounting and monthly closing processes. * Oversee daily accounting activities (GL, AP, AR, assets, cash). * Manage monthly/quarterly/year-end closings under IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER. * Prepare financial statements and clear, reliable reports. * Strengthen internal controls and support audits. * Improve processes, bring new ideas, and help us scale. * Coach and support your team of 4. * Work on SAP and support ERP improvements. * Solid accounting experience in Switzerland. * Strong knowledge of IFRS and Swiss GAAP FER. * Comfortable with SAP and digital tools. * A modern, hands-on leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. * Fluent in French; English and German are strong assets. \#LI-EP1 \#LI-Hybrid
