Candidate Communication: What to Expect
As part of our talent pool, your profile will be reviewed for a variety of CSO opportunities as they become available. The private banking market is dynamic, and the requirements for each role may shift in response to client needs, regulatory changes, or business priorities. We value candidates who are adaptable and open to evolving responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities (for future CSO roles):
- Receive, prepare, and process client instructions in line with internal procedures (authorizations, forms, signatures, transmission to relevant departments).
- Manage investment instructions and corporate action events.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of client files.
- Follow up on pending issues and escalate as needed.
- Serve as a contact for internal departments and as an alternative contact for clients.
- Conduct research and prepare documentation as requested.
- Support the Client Relationship Officer (CRO) in delegated tasks.
- Monitor credit, operations, and risk according to established procedures.
- Comply with the Code of Conduct and all internal regulations (Cross Border, AML, Clear Desk Policy, Absence Management).
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within private banking or financial services.
- Strong understanding of private banking processes, financial products, and regulatory requirements (KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS).
- Excellent proficiency in English and French; additional languages are an asset.
- Proficient in standard IT systems; adaptable to new software.
- Service-oriented, client-focused mindset; strong team player.
- High level of confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and reliable.
- Open-minded and eager to learn.
