Job Description
- Betreuung und Ausbau eines eigenen Portfolios von vermögenden Privatkunden, Unternehmern und Family-Office-Strukturen
- Entwicklung individueller Wealth-Management-, Anlage- und Nachfolgekonzepte
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit unseren internen Spezialisten (Investment Management, Structuring, Lending, Legal & Tax)
- Aktive Akquisition neuer Kunden im UHNW/HNW-Segment
- Durchführung von Kundenanalysen inklusive Risiko- und Bedürfnisabklärung
- Sicherstellung höchster Compliance-, Regulatorik- und Qualitätsstandards
- Repräsentation des Hauses an Kunden- und Branchenevents
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung (mind. 7-10 Jahre) als Relationship Manager im Private Banking oder Wealth Management
- Etablierte Kundenbeziehungen im HNW/UHNW-Segment, vorzugsweise mit Schweizer oder internationalen Kunden
- Tiefes Verständnis für Vermögensverwaltungsstrukturen, Family-Office-Anforderungen und EAM-Prozesse
- Hohe Fachkompetenz in Anlageberatung, Portfoliostrukturierung, Finanzierungslösungen und steuerlich relevanten Fragestellungen
- Vertriebsstark, dienstleistungsorientiert und unternehmerisch denkend
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Integrität und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
- Ein dynamisches, unternehmerisches Umfeld mit kurzen Entscheidungswegen
