We are a well-established, independent advisory banking firm with extensive experience in M&A, capital raising, business turnarounds, and strategic analysis. For decades, we have supported public and private companies, as well as family offices, in navigating complex transactions and addressing strategic challenges.

We are currently seeking an entrepreneurial Equity Partner to strengthen our senior leadership team with a view to taking an ownership role in the business.

Role Overview

This
senior leadership position
is ideal for an accomplished professional looking to join a well-established firm, with significant autonomy and the opportunity to shape long-term strategy. The Buy-In Partner will play a key role in originating and executing mandates, managing important client relationships, and driving the firm's growth and work closely with existing partners and advisors while building and managing a portfolio in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Provide experience in senior management roles in Industry or Investment Banking and with M&A transactions, corporate finance, private equity, turnaround advisory, or strategic consulting.
  • Offer demonstrable track record originating and executing transactions (M&A, fundraising, restructuring and/or strategic mandates).
  • Brings a well-established client network, and a proven ability to generate new and repeat business.
  • Has a commercially entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to build and expand operations.
  • Demonstrate high credibility in front of senior stakeholders and decision-makers with strong leadership, communication, and team-development skills.
  • Will create value and interest in a long-term equity position with an established company.
  • Ideally Geneva, Switzerland based.
