Project Description:

Our client—a global leader in financial advice and solutions for wealthy, institutional, and corporate clients—requires skilled professionals to design, develop, and support complex business workflows.

This role involves working at the intersection of business process modeling and full-stack development, leveraging technologies such as React, Java, and Spring Boot, alongside deep expertise in the
Flowable
suite. You'll contribute to the evolution of digital onboarding and service platforms, ensuring seamless integration, customization, and scalability within a dynamic enterprise environment. This role requires
Flowable
expert development knowledge based on the industry standards BPMN, CMMN, DMN and the different
Flowable
engines.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and model modular, scalable business workflows using BPMN, CMMN, and DMN standards

  • Build and maintain process models for complex business scenarios

  • Integrate
    Flowable
    applications into the client's enterprise ecosystem

  • Customize and extend
    Flowable
    Work to meet evolving business needs

  • Develop and enhance platform features for onboarding and service delivery

  • Provide Level 3 support and maintenance for production-grade applications

  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver technical coaching and product knowledge

  • Liaise with the
    Flowable
    product team to manage bug fixes and change request

Skills:

Must have

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development

  • Proven expertise in
    Flowable
    product suite (Work, Design, Control, Inspect), including API integration

  • Understanding of BPMN, CMMN, and DMN modeling standards

  • Experience designing modular and maintai
    nab
    le business workflows

  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns and cloud-based platforms

  • Ability to troubleshoot and support production environments

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to coach internal teams

  • Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams
