We're partnering with a category leader in industrial assisted reality that uses AI-driven, voice-powered technology to transform how frontline and industrial teams work. The company builds rugged smart-glasses and a proprietary cloud-based operating system that enables hands-free collaboration, remote expertise, and workflow execution across mission-critical environments.

While externally known for hardware, the company is already
software-led
, with more software engineers than any other function. The long-term vision is to become the
standard operating system for industrial technology
. Next year, the company is significantly expanding its software platform, with active discussions underway with

What you'll own

  • Global marketing strategy across
    software and hardware.
  • Performance marketing & demand generation (built from scratch).
  • Marketing team build-out and operating structure.
  • Inbound pipeline growth for sales.
  • Website, paid campaigns, and marketing systems (CRM, tracking, automation).

What you bring

  • Strong
    performance marketing / demand gen
    background.
  • Experience scaling marketing in a
    growth or scale-up environment.
  • Comfortable owning strategy
    and
    execution.
  • English fluency; German a strong plus

Location

The role is based in Switzerland, with a preference for Bern or within a reasonable commute. Zurich, Basel, Lucerne, or Lausanne are workable with direct train access.
