Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the team
  • Supporting the operations department when necessary
  • CRM
  • Ensure the prompt and efficient service required by standard

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledges and experience:

  • Experience within an Hospitality or Retail
  • Customer relationship management and development as well as networking skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of the location
