As our
Senior Product Engineer
, you will shape the next development phase of our digital product and service. You'll own significant parts of the user experience and technical strategy, translating our goals into a product that our users will love and trust. You'll work closely with our users, CEO, CTO, CPO, designer, engineers, marketing, and medical advisors.

We're looking for someone who loves to ship, thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, and defaults to quick, data-informed iterations. You should be someone who cares deeply about all the little-big details, from system performance to intuitive micro-interactions, that separate a good product from a great one.

Responsibilities

Need to have

• 5-7+ years of experience shipping impactful features, for consumer-facing digital products, that significantly improve user metrics, e.g. engagement and retention.
• An innovative mindset and a strong experience of applying modern AI-powered approaches. We are a hybrid engineering team, half-humans half-AI.
• Full-stack experience and deep expertise with modern frontend (e.g. React) and backend (e.g. ) frameworks, for building data-heavy, intuitive UIs. Strong command of web-app and browser fundamentals.
• Familiarity with modern logging, monitoring, and tracing tools.
• Experience working with cloud (GCP preferred), RESTful APIs, etc, for high-trust applications.
• Ability to design scalable and modular systems, which allow fast-paced iterative development.
• Passionate about the health-tech domain

Great to have

• You've built something from scratch before, whether as a founder, an early-stage employee, or on a new product line.
• You have built and shipped mobile applications (esp. on iOS).
• You have experience with growth engineering, such as user testing frameworks, user instrumentation, or SEO.
• You've done something in your technical career that stands out, whether it's starting your own company, getting into an amazing university, or launching something that blew up on the interwebs
