For one of our client, an established and fast-growing multi-family office based in Geneva, we are looking for an :

Assistant Relationship Manager

Job description

  • Being the first point of call for clients' administrative needs.
  • Monitoring clients' accounts on a daily basis.
  • Dealing with bank account opening, transfers, capital calls, bank advice and statements.
  • Assisting in the preparation of client onboarding.
  • Preparing and updating performance reporting for clients.
  • Liaising with lawyers, trustees, accountants, PE & VC administrators to insure smooth dealings for clients.
  • Assisting the CEO, Compliance and Risk functions in successfully achieving their tasks.

Profil required

  • Ideally, you are working in a bank or another wealth manager in a private banking administrative role.
  • You have 5 to 10 years' experience in that role.
  • You are a fast learner, hardworking, dedicated to servicing clients, and happy to work as part of a team.
  • You have strong communication skills, and you enjoy speaking with clients.
  • You master Microsoft Office and the likes.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
