Nous recherchons pour l'un de nos clients, une société de gestion de fortune basée à Genève, un Relationship manager. Dans un environnement international et compétitif, vous serez au cœur de la stratégie de croissance, en ciblant une clientèle fortunée (HNWI et UHNWI). Ce poste offre une opportunité unique de contribuer directement au développement de l'entreprise tout en bénéficiant d'une grande autonomie.

Missions principales :
  • Prospection Active (profil Hunter) : Identifier, approcher et acquérir de nouveaux clients à fort potentiel via des réseaux professionnels, événements, partenariats et approches directes. Vous serez responsable de la génération de leads qualifiés et de la conversion en relations durables.
  • Gestion et Développement des Relations Clients : Construire et entretenir des relations de confiance avec une clientèle exigeante, en proposant des solutions personnalisées en gestion de patrimoine, investissements et services financiers.
  • Objectifs de Performance : Atteindre un objectif ambitieux de génération de 50 millions (CHF/EUR) en actifs sous gestion ou en revenus la première année, avec une progression attendue par la suite.
  • Analyse et Conseil : Évaluer les besoins des clients, analyser les marchés financiers et recommander des stratégies adaptées pour optimiser leur portefeuille.
  • Reporting et Suivi : Fournir des rapports périodiques sur les avancées, tout en maintenant une veille sur les tendances du secteur.
  • Collaboration Interne : Travailler en étroite liaison avec les équipes compliance, juridique et produits pour assurer une exécution fluide des opérations.
Profil recherché :
  • Expérience : Minimum 5-7 ans d'expérience en tant que Relationship Manager ou dans un rôle similaire en banque privée, gestion de patrimoine ou finance, avec un track record prouvé en prospection et acquisition de clients (profil "hunter" indispensable).
  • Compétences Techniques : Excellente connaissance des marchés financiers, des produits d'investissement (actions, obligations, fonds alternatifs, etc.) et des réglementations suisses (FINMA, etc.). Maîtrise des outils CRM et analytiques.
  • Qualités Personnelles : Orienté résultats, charismatique, avec un fort sens commercial et une capacité à négocier à haut niveau. Autonome, proactif et capable de travailler en indépendant.
  • Réseau : Un réseau établi à Genève et en Suisse romande est un atout majeur
  • Formation : Diplôme supérieur en finance, économie ou équivalent (CFA, CAIA ou certifications similaires appréciées).
  • Langues : Français et anglais courants (C1 minimum) ; la maîtrise de l'allemand ou d'autres langues est un plus.
  • Autres : Disponibilité pour des déplacements occasionnels et une grande flexibilité horaire.
