Ton rôle

En tant que
Customer Success Manager
, tu accompagneras nos clients dans la mise en place et l'adoption de notre plateforme. Tu seras responsable du bon déroulement des projets d'implémentation, en coordonnant les différentes parties prenantes tout en assurant un accompagnement humain et stratégique.

Tu interviendras aussi dans les phases de prévente avancée (démos techniques, projets pilotes), tu formeras les utilisateurs chez les clients, tu suivras les tickets, et tu joueras un rôle clé dans la réussite de chaque client.

Vos missions

  • Gérer l'onboarding client de A à Z : cadrage, planification, configuration, mise en service

  • Accompagner le changement en animant des formations et présentations — tu es à l'aise à l'oral et face à un public

  • Coordonner les échanges entre notre équipe et celle du client (RH, IT, finance)

  • Assurer le support des clients après le déploiement : suivi des tickets, résolution des incidents

  • Contribuer à la phase de prévente : démos avancées, configurations spécifiques, projets pilotes

  • Suivre la satisfaction client et anticiper les problèmes pour garantir une adoption fluide

  • Partager les retours terrain avec l'équipe produit pour améliorer la solution et les processus en continu

Vos compétences

  • Tu as entre 3 et 7 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets RH, conseil, customer success ou implémentation de logiciel SaaS

  • Tu t'intéresses aux enjeux RH, et tu crois que les RH sont un vrai levier stratégique pour les entreprises

  • Tu as envie d'aider tes clients, sincèrement : tu es empathique, tu veux comprendre et résoudre leurs problèmes

  • Tu es rigoureux·se, autonome et tu adores mener plusieurs projets en parallèle

  • Tu es curieux·se, à l'aise avec les outils digitaux et passionné·e par la tech

  • Tu aimes le contact humain, tu sais écouter, expliquer, et construire une relation de confiance
