Pour l'un de nos clients historiques, nous recherchons :

Vos missions
  • Piloter le portefeuille de projets du domaine IT Industriel en cohérence avec la stratégie de l'entreprise.
  • Consolider et mettre à jour les KPI, tenir le tableau de bord (avancement, ressources, délais, budgets) et assurer la diffusion des rapports périodiques.
  • Identifier les écarts et risques, proposer et suivre des plans d'action correctifs.
  • Maintenir les roadmaps du domaine à jour et communiquer les évolutions.
  • Organiser, préparer et animer les comités/instances de suivi et la gestion des demandes liées à l'IT Industriel.
  • Collecter et analyser les données auprès des chefs de projets et des parties prenantes ; garantir la bonne gestion documentaire, contractuelle et budgétaire.
  • Apporter une vision claire et consolidée du budget global du portefeuille et produire présentations, flash reports et registres de risques.
  • Former et accompagner les chefs de projets ; collaborer étroitement avec le CIO Office, les managers du domaine et les PMO des autres domaines.
Vos compétences
  • 8+ ans d'expérience confirmée en gestion de portefeuille de projets IT (industrie : Produit, R&D, Production, Qualité, Supply, Customer Service), dont ≥2 ans en rôle similaire.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la gestion financière d'un portefeuille et des frameworks/bonnes pratiques de gestion de projet.
  • Leadership, communication et aisance relationnelle ; capacité à travailler avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires.
  • Formation supérieure (Bachelor/Master) en gestion de projet, informatique, ingénierie ou équivalent.
  • Certifications appréciées : PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile, HERMES (ou équivalent).
  • Langues : français (maîtrise) et anglais (avancé), à l'oral comme à l'écrit
