Senior Executive Assistant to the CMO
Basé(e) à Morges (VD) et rattaché(e) au département Marketing de CVL COSMETICS SA, Siège du Groupe Valmont, vous accompagnerez la CEO dans son rôle de CMO dans la gestion et le pilotage de ses activités stratégiques et opérationnelles.
En véritable bras droit de la CMO, vous participerez activement à la coordination des projets clés, à la préparation des dossiers stratégiques, ainsi qu'à la mise en œuvre d'initiatives marketing visant à renforcer la visibilité et l'image de la marque, tout en garantissant les standards d'excellence du Groupe dans l'univers de la cosmétique de luxe.
Responsabilités principales :
Gestion et coordination de projets, à savoir :
- Piloter l'ensemble du processus projet, de la phase de création à la mise en production et à la commercialisation.
- Assurer la coordination transversale entre les équipes R&D, Packaging, Communication (visuelle et écrite) et Opérations, en garantissant le respect du rétroplanning global.
- Agir en tant que point de contact principal et chef de file pour assurer l'efficacité et l'optimisation des processus (approche lean management).
- Être responsable des livrables et veiller à la qualité et à la cohérence des contenus, grâce à une forte capacité d'anticipation et de coordination.
- Rédiger et suivre l'ensemble des comptes rendus, présentations et documents de synthèse liés aux projets.
- Gérer et actualiser l'intranet dédié aux outils de marketing appliqué.
- Accompagner le développement et le déploiement des initiatives marketing, en assurant l'équilibre entre vision créative et faisabilité opérationnelle.
Qualifications :
- Excellentes compétences en gestion de projets et en organisation
- Solides aptitudes en coordination transversale et en communication
- Sens du détail et approche structurée
- Sensibilité esthétique et bonne compréhension des codes du luxe
- Attitude proactive, flexible et orientée solutions
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et à prendre des initiatives pour faire avancer les projets avec efficacité
- Maîtrise du
français et de l'anglais
