Responsible for the conceptualization, build and maintenance of sustainable products (service, application or tool) that meet customer needs over the product lifecycle. YOUR CHALLENGEDefine and drive the target state for product vision and end-to-end (E2E) journey design for Client Life Cycle Mgmt. (CLM, Onboarding, Maintaining & Offboarding).
Align business, CX/UX, and journey design strategies to create frictionless client and employee experiences and maximize value (e.g. CLM journey integration into Wealth Navigator)
Define and lead governance and collaboration model to ensure roadmap and priority alignment towards common CLM objectives
Steer with the journey leads the vision, product roadmap, and capabilities of digital solutions, ensuring they are desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable
Orchestrate client lifecycle management and employee & client experiences to deliver meaningful impact across all touchpoints
Establish the digital transformation blueprint for CLM, aligning solution capabilities and business value with strategic goals and operational needs
Identification of strategic capabilities, ensure global alignment and related roadmap definition
Enforcement of business architectural principles across digital transformation/CLM
Exceptional know-how of Client Lifecycle Mgmt. (onboarding, maintaining & offboarding)
Experience in enabling and leading agile teams across large transformation programs, Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and/or Client Value Streams (CVS') of varying size and complexity
Experience in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
Excellent stakeholder and change management skills
Ability to collaborate successfully with various internal and external stakeholders on all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, decision-making and interpersonal skills
Experience in leveraging Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodologies
Growth-oriented and agile mindset and passionate about change
Self-motivated, team-oriented and hands-on personality, fostering an collaborative work environment
Relevant higher educational and professional background
