Regional Territory Manager DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland)

About the Role

We're looking for a Regional Territory Manager to drive sales growth in the DACH region. In this role, you will:

Partners and Distributor Management:

  • Manage and support partners and distributors to achieve sales targets and ensure alignment with company targets and objectives.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, identifying growth opportunities and setting clear goals.
  • Train and enable partners to effectively sell and position products and services.

Sales Development:

  • Meet or exceed territory sales quotas through proactive engagement and sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with partners to create and close pipeline opportunities.

Market Insight:

  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to provide insights for strategy adjustment.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on product performance and market demands.
  • Represent the Company at industry events and trade show to promote solutions and strength relationships.

Administrative Tasks

  • Maintain accurate records of partner activities, sales forecasts, and interactions in HubSpot.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.

What You Bring

  • Fluency in German and English, with a strong understanding of the business culture in the DACH region.
  • A proven track record in B2B sales and channel development, ideally in tech, AR, or industrial sectors.
  • Highly self-motivated with a structured and strategic mindset — you know how to prioritize and execute.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with partners and end customers.
  • Willingness to travel 30–50% within the DACH region to drive sales and market growth.
