Pour notre client, nous recherchons un/e Senior HR Business Partner – Environnement industriel

Responsabilités :
  • Développer un partenariat stratégique avec la Direction du site de production et les membres du Comité de Direction
  • Conseiller et accompagner les membres du Comité de Direction dans leur développement managérial (leadership, people reviews, plan de succession)
  • Renforcer la compétitivité du site à travers des projets RH alignés avec la stratégie industrielle
  • Piloter des projets de transformation culturelle, d'amélioration continue et d'engagement collaborateurs
  • Participer activement à la définition et au déploiement des processus RH : planification du personnel, recrutement, intégration, développement des compétences, gestion de la performance, rémunération, santé au travail, etc.
  • Accompagner les managers de proximité dans le développement de la polyvalence et des compétences au sein des équipes de production
  • Contribuer à la mise en place d'indicateurs RH et au suivi des KPIs avec la Direction RH du groupe

Profil :
  • Formation supérieure (Université ou HES) avec spécialisation en ressources humaines, droit, économie ou équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée dans une fonction RH généraliste ou business partner au sein d'un environnement industriel
  • Connaissance des environnements de production et des enjeux liés au développement des équipes terrain
  • Esprit de synthèse, capacité d'analyse, sens de la communication
  • Leadership naturel, posture de conseil affirmée, goût du travail d'équipe
  • Autonomie, fiabilité, rigueur, orientation résultats
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques usuels (Microsoft, SAP)
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais à l'oral comme à l'écrit (niveau courant)

Lieu : canton de Vaud (site de production)
Contrat : CDI à 100 %, entrée en fonction à convenir
