Als Head of Engineering übernehmen Sie die technische Gesamtverantwortung für eine hochregulierte Produktionsumgebung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld. Sie stellen sicher, dass Anlagen, Gebäude und Infrastruktur GMP-konform betrieben und weiterentwickelt werden – mit Blick auf Effizienz, Qualität und Innovation.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Leitung und Weiterentwicklung des Engineering-Teams (Facility & Services)
  • Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen, GMP-konformen Betriebs- und Anlageninfrastruktur
  • Planung und Umsetzung technischer Projekte sowie Optimierungen
  • Verantwortung für Budget, Investitionen und Kostenkontrolle
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und anderen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Verfahrenstechnik, Chemie- oder Pharmaingenieurwesen
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Management, idealerweise in der Pharmaindustrie
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von GMP-/FDA-Anforderungen
  • Führungserfahrung, strategisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
