Business Development Specialist - Orthopedics

(Suisse Romande)

Responsabilités :

Promouvoir les produits et fournir une assistance technique afin de développer les ventes et d'augmenter la part de marché de Symbios dans la région.

  • Fournir une assistance technique et commerciale dans les salles d'opérations.
  • Promouvoir l'utilisation des produits Symbios, en prospectant et en visitant les clients, et en présentant les produits.
  • Fidéliser les clients et en acquérir de nouveaux, veiller à l'atteinte des objectifs.
  • Participer activement au suivi de la stratégie commerciale.
  • Gérer les aspects administratifs, en particulier ceux liés aux opérations.
  • Recueillir des informations sur les tendances du marché et en rendre compte de manière structurée.
  • Transmettre sans délai toutes les commandes des clients à l'entreprise. Respecter strictement les prix, les remises et les conditions générales de vente de l'entreprise, et se conformer aux modifications que l'entreprise peut y apporter à tout moment.
  • Tenir l'entreprise informée de manière régulière et continue de l'accomplissement de sa mission.

Profil recherché:

  • Au minium 5 ans d'expérience dans la vente requises
  • Plusieurs années d'expérience dans l'environnement de bloc opératoire requises
  • Formation initiale ou continue en médecine ou en technique médicale
  • Connaissances cliniques/techniques des produits de la hanche/du genou un plus
  • Vous travaillez de manière structurée et stratégique, êtes capable de comprendre des systèmes techniques complexes
  • Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Vous aimez aller vers les gens et avez une empathie naturelle pour les autres, votre travail est orienté vers les solutions et les clients
  • Vous aimez travailler de manière autonome, avec la flexibilité qu'exige le terrain, et savez vous adapter aux imprévus du quotidien
  • Vous êtes de langue maternelle française ou bilingue, et vous avez un bon niveau d'anglais (niveau B2 minimum). Des compétences en allemand seraient un plus.
