Building Safety Officer (m/w/d)

SMF-Projekt, Sanierung eines Gebäudes für die chemische Produktion. Schnittstelle zwischen Projekt und operativen Aktivitäten. Erteilung von Arbeitsgenehmigungen und Einhaltung der darin beschriebenen Schutzmassnahmen. Unterstützung und Entlastung des Gebäudesicherheitsteams.

Der perfekte Kandidat (m/w/d) verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrung mit Großbauprojekten und Produktionsanlagen in der chemischen und pharmazeutischen Industrie und geht souverän mit Kunden und Auftragnehmern um. Diese Person ist offen, kommunikativ und teamfähig, gleichzeitig aber auch durchsetzungsfähig, beharrlich und zuverlässig. Sie behält auch in hektischen Situationen einen kritischen und neugierigen Geist sowie Gelassenheit und Überblick.

Arbeitszeiten

Standard, 40 Stunden Woche / möglicher Wechsel zu 2-Schicht-Betrieb

Aufgaben

Schnittstelle zwischen Baustelle und Betreiber, Unterstützung der bestehenden SHE-Organisation (Betreiber), Erteilung von Arbeitsgenehmigungen an Auftragnehmer, Überwachung der Einhaltung relevanter, Sicherheitsvorschriften, Teilnahme an Koordinierungs- und Baubesprechungen, Sicherheitsinspektionen nach Bedarf

Qualifikation

Ausbildung zum Chemietechniker/Labortechniker (*****), 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der chemischen Produktion (*****), Fundierte Kenntnisse in Baustellensicherheit und SHE (Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Umwelt) (*****), Weiterbildung als Sicherheitsassistent oder Sicherheitsfachmann (EKAS) oder Fachmann für, Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz (ASGS), Erfahrung mit Baustellen von Großprojekten (Interaktion mit Auftraggeber und Auftragnehmern) und mit Produktionsanlagen im chemischen/pharmazeutischen Bereich (***) GMP-Erfahrung, MS Office, Outlook, Google GSuite, Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Gute Französischkenntnisse, Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Sicherheitsbewusstsein, Führungsqualitäten und Erfahrung, Selbstständige, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise mit schnellem Verständnis für neue Konzepte, Fähigkeit, in gefährlichen Situationen entschlossen und verantwortungsbewusst einzugreifen und gegebenenfalls die Arbeit zu unterbrechen, um die Sicherheit zu gewährleisten
