Then the position of Corporate Communication, Events & Partnerships Manager (m/f/d) based in our Zurich or Morges Office,is the perfect next step. In this role, you will shape ManpowerGroup's communication landscape, strengthen brand presence, and develop events and partnerships that leave a lasting impression.

Your Mission:

  • Develop and execute the national event strategy and ensure high-quality delivery with regional teams and agencies
  • Lead the corporate communications strategy, crafting clear and engaging brand messaging and thought-leadership content
  • Drive proactive media relations, build strong journalist networks, and manage press materials and inquiries
  • Oversee internal communications, fostering a transparent and positive communication culture
  • Measure the impact of events and communication activities and derive actionable improvements
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, social media, and European communication teams, and manage external partners to ensure efficient, high-quality output

Your Profile:

  • Relevant education or degree in Communications, Marketing, Events, or similar
  • Several years of experience in corporate communications, events, or partnerships
  • Strong storytelling, media relations, and content creation skills
  • Experienced in managing complex projects and diverse stakeholders
  • Creative, structured, and communicative personality with high ownership
  • Enjoys a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent German, French and English skills; additional languages are a plus
