R&D Partners is seeking a QC Operational Data Analyst to join a dynamic team in the biotechnology industry. This role focuses on monitoring and analyzing operational metrics, driving process improvements, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze QC operational metrics and data trends.
  • Prepare visual reports on data trends (monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, annual, or ad hoc).
  • Investigate monitoring excursions to mitigate risks and ensure optimal environmental conditions.
  • Represent QC in facility qualifications, including clean rooms, utilities, and filling lines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external labs for effective data exchange.
  • Drive implementation of process improvements and change initiatives.
  • Provide cross-functional support as needed.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • MSc or higher in biological sciences (e.g., Microbiology, Environmental Science).
  • Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Proven experience in data management and environmental monitoring.
  • Proficiency in IT systems for data acquisition and monitoring.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
