Direct message the job poster from Panda International I help leaders in Life Sciences scale their teams with top talent Associate QC Microbiology Analyst / Laboratory Technician We are looking for a QC Microbiology Analyst / Laboratory Technician to join our team in Visp and support microbial identification within our QC Microbiology department. The team is responsible for a wide range of microbiology analyses and is accountable for all microbiology activities at Lonza Visp. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of analyses and studies in QC Microbiology, with a primary focus on microbial identification (PCR, mass spectrometry) and endotoxin testing Execute, evaluate, review, and report analytical results according to protocols Document all laboratory activities in compliance with GMP and internal quality standards Conduct and document method verifications during the implementation of new projects Ensure adherence to SOPs, GMP, and safety regulations Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization Requirements: Completed training as a Biology Laboratory Technician, BSc in Biology, or equivalent qualification Hands‑on laboratory experience in at least one of the following: PCR, endotoxin testing, protein synthesis, bioburden Experience in microbiology is an advantage Familiarity with GMP is a plus Flexible and able to work on varying project challenges Fluent German and good English skills 100% on‑site presence required Contract: 9 months Interested?
