Tes responsabilités

  • Tu développes et mets en œuvre des programmes de formation.
  • Tu organises des simulations et des jeux de rôle.
  • Tu es responsable du coaching individuel et du suivi des performances à l'aide d'indicateurs clés de performance (KPI).
  • Tu organises des formations sur les produits/services/programmes de fidélité.
  • Tu es responsable de la gestion administrative des formations via la plateforme d'apprentissage.

Ton profil

  • Tu es titulaire d'un diplôme dans le domaine du commerce de détail ou d'une qualification équivalente et d'une certification en tant que formatrice professionnelle (min. SVEB3).
  • Tu as au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le commerce de détail et 3 à 5 ans dans des fonctions de direction et de formation.
  • Tu as d'excellentes connaissances en techniques de vente.
  • Tu as une solide expérience dans la conception de formations et le coaching.
  • Tu as d'excellentes compétences en communication, en présentation et en analyse.
  • Tu parles couramment le français et maîtrises une autre langue nationale.
