- **Basel**, Switzerland, we need an organized, committed and self-motivated professional. We are currently looking for a**C&C / VMI Planner** (f/m/x)
- You are responsible for executing replenishment activities to selected vendor-managed customers to ensure that products are readily available in stores, with the goal of maximizing sales while optimizing inventory levels. You provide replenishment guidelines to the Merchandise Analyst, and together, you work to execute timely and efficient replenishment activities.
- By collaborating effectively, you ensure that products are replenished in a way that meets the demands of customers, without overstocking or understocking. Overall, your efforts play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and contributing to the company's success.
- Ensure sales, on-shelf availability, inventory value, and inventory coverage meet targets
- Work with country sales teams to determine replenishment parameters, such as assortment, store capacities, and min/max inventories
- Collect commercial information and translate it into replenishment needs, accounting for planned promotions, store openings/closures, and product launches/discontinuations
- Train and support the Merchandise Analyst on the replenishment tool (CCVRT)
- Help resolve data issues, such as missing or faulty data from customers
- Ensure the replenishment system (CCVRT) is operational and address technical issues with the provider or IT
- Lead weekly calls with countries to review sales forecasts and key metrics such as sales, inventory, excess inventory, on-shelf availability (OSA), and on-time in-full (OTIF) performance

**Who you are**
- 2-5 Years of retail planning experience
- Comfortable working with numbers and big amount of data
- Quick adopter of new systems
- Good communication skills
- Good command of MS Excel
- Fluent English, additional main European languages an asset
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
- Well organized individual who can manage a busy workload whilst meeting deadlines
