YOUR MISSION:

  • Oversee cash management and liquidity planning for Swiss entities and the wider Group.
  • Manage banking relationships, facilities, loans, guarantees, and hedging activities.
  • Act as Group Coupa super-user, leading onboarding, training, and system rollouts.
  • Develop and maintain a cash forecast and treasury policy for the Group.
  • Monitor and manage FX, interest rate, and credit risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate intercompany financing and ensure compliance with transfer pricing and tax guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with local accounting teams and Group Leadership to support financial transparency and growth.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Finance, or Controlling, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in cash controlling and treasury management.
  • Proven experience within an international environment, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa Treasury & Cash Management.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, especially in Excel.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a structured, proactive, and self-motivated working style.
  • Resilient under pressure, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • You are native or business fluent in German and your English level is very good in written and spoken.
