As UBS accelerates its efforts in the areas of crypto assets and digital investment, we are looking for a passionate colleague to lead a new team and drive UBS into the future of digital and blockchain based investment. In this new role, you will work cross-functionally to design, launch and scale traditional retail investment, digital investment, and crypto asset solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

We're looking for a forward-thinking senior product owner passionate about blockchain technology and innovative business models to:

• shape the future of digital investments: develop a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap covering the traditional retail as well as the digital and blockchain based investment area in close collaboration with the respective business segments

• drive innovation: lead the development of new products and product changes iteratively and continuously together with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners

• lead a global roll-out: lead the global roll-out of your products towards a global capability for UBS and act as single point of contact for other areas of UBS

• act as product owner: lead autonomously agile product development with internal teams and external partners, ensuring compliance and client readiness.

• test and learn: ensure the product is being tested together with clients to gain insights and ensure readiness to launch before market entry (e.g., UX testing, end user testing and research insights)

• measure success: support team objectives by tracking Objective and Key Results and provide relevant product metrics to meet overall business goals

• ensure quality and compliance: oversee the product quality and compliance, also from a technical and regulatory perspective

Your team

You'll be working in the newly created Crypto Asset Product Delivery team in Zürich, which is responsible to drive the UBS' digital assets journey. You will find a diverse, collaborative, open and dynamic team – bridging blockchain technology and banking. Our attitude is client-oriented, can-do and equipped with high curiosity and learning. Striving to combine existing with new technologies, methodologies and products – reimagining what and how we bring value to clients.

Your expertise

• extensive experience as a product owner, with a focus on financial services. Proven ability to define product strategy, define roadmaps, prioritize features, and deliver successful outcomes in alignment with business goals.

• strong expertise with Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) and crypto assets

• a network within and familiarity with the crypto industry as a plus

• experience with trading and investing solutions

• experience in working in an agile environment with a strong understanding of agile delivery frameworks and product management

• delivery of complex financial services or digital asset products to clients, in a fast-paced environment

• setting and delivering on outcome-focused goals, such as using OKRs (Objectives and Key results)

• team player with an enthusiastic and proactive personality, a true agile mindset and strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• exceptional active listening and communication skills in English, with the ability to build strong networks and partnerships at all levels of the organization. German language skills are a plus.

• comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
