About the role


• Drive Business Growth: Identify, evaluate, and establish new partnership opportunities to expand our validator nodes business


• Conduct Research & Due Diligence: Perform in-depth analysis of crypto projects and participants in the staking ecosystem. Engage directly with industry stakeholders, model business cases, and present findings to internal decision-makers


• Coordinate Stakeholder Implementation: Lead the implementation of new staking set-ups and partnerships, collaborating with internal teams (e.g., tech, legal, compliance) and external partners (e.g., protocol teams, vendors)


• Lead Strategic Initiatives: Manage high-impact projects focused on business growth, including go-to-market strategies and ecosystem expansion


• Oversee Operational Excellence: Take ownership of daily operations for assigned staking set-ups, including reward distribution, partner coordination, and internal control execution


• Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor developments in the staking and broader crypto ecosystem

Our ideal candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, data analytics, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional certifications are a plus
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized finance (DeFi) with a particular focus on staking
  • 1–3 years of experience in the crypto or fintech industry or in a technical role within financial services or consulting
  • Hands-on experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or similar roles using agile methodologies is a strong advantage
  • Proven ability to assess and to evaluate business opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in working in a fast-paced, results-driven, entrepreneurial environment
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently while maintaining high-quality output
  • Collaborative team player with a passion for driving results and delivering tangible impact
