Claims Manager

The Role:
As a Claims Manager, you'll be part of a team that's central to the company's mission. You'll process claims in the areas of
KTG
and
UVG/Z
, and contribute to the development of their platform and services. You'll work closely with clients and internal teams, helping to shape the future of claims management in Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage claims in KTG and UVG/Z
- Identify patterns and contribute to analytics for absence prevention
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients on-site
- Support the development of the platform and tools
- Engage in fallen management and ensure high-quality service delivery
Requirements:
- Native or Bilingual
French speaker - Professional proficiency in
English
(office language) - Based in
Switzerland - Minimum
3 years of experience
in personal insurance (KTG is a plus) - Strong understanding of Swiss insurance regulations
- Experience with
fallen management - Comfortable in a
fast paced environment
– adaptable, proactive, and collaborative
