Technical Lead Digital IC Design Engineer

Join a leading semiconductor company developing high-performance digital and mixed-signal solutions. As a Technical Lead Digital IC Design Engineer, you'll architect, implement, and benchmark complex digital IP, MCU/DSP systems, and hardware accelerators within modern SoC environments.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and optimize synthesis-ready SystemVerilog/Verilog RTL for digital control peripherals, MCU/DSP subsystems, and hardware accelerator IPs.
- Drive improvements in design methodology, flow, and quality to deliver robust, production-ready IP.
- Mentor junior engineers and lead technical project activities.
- Collaborate with product integration, verification, physical design, and software teams for seamless SoC integration.
- Benchmark, simulate, and support prototype platforms for system-level validation.
What You'll Need
- MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in semiconductor digital design, with strong Front End RTL expertise and IP/subsystem design experience.
- Solid understanding of timing constraints, power intent methodologies (e.g., UPF), and design-for-quality practices.
- Expertise across RTL-to-GDS flows, covering logic synthesis, P&R, static timing analysis, and power optimization.
- Proven experience leading technical projects and mentoring engineers.
- Able to work in Switzerland.
