Validation and Qualification Engineer

We are looking for a Validation and Qualification Engineer to ensure the compliance and performance of our automated assembly systems intended for demanding environments. This key position offers a great opportunity to evolve in a cutting-edge technological universe, combining innovation, rigor and multidisciplinary collaboration.

Your responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete validation of automated assembly systems , from design to commissioning.
  • Be the central contact between internal teams and external partners on all aspects related to technical qualification.
  • Prepare, structure and update qualification/validation documentation (mechanical, software, hardware) from the early design phases.
  • Carry out qualification and validation activities : risk analyses, drafting protocols, planning and execution of tests during the FAT and SAT phases (internally or at clients' premises).
  • Identify potential non-conformities, propose corrective solutions and provide technical follow-up to project teams.

Your profile:

  • Training as an engineer in mechanics, automation or equivalent .
  • Proven experience in the qualification/validation of automated systems , including mechanical, software and hardware components.
  • Good knowledge of standards, guidelines and validation processes (ideally in a regulated pharmaceutical, medical or industrial environment).

Language:

  • Fluent in German, French and English .
