Tasks

Deine Aufgaben:

  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Store Manager führst und motivierst du das Team effektiv, um die Unternehmensziele zu erreichen

  • Du bist im Recruiting Prozess eingebunden und schaffst es entsprechend der SOFACOMPANY-Werte nicht nur ein gutes Onboarding und Training, sondern auch eine positive Arbeitsatmosphäre, sicher zu stellen

  • Du unterstützt bei der App- gestützten Personaleinsatzplanung

  • Du wirkst aktiv an der Gestaltung und Entwicklung des Ausstellungsinventar anhand von KPI-Analysen und visuellen Richtlinien mit

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien zur Realisierung unseres 5 Sterne Service

  • Als Leader gehst du voran und lebst unsere Vision im aktiven Kundenkontakt vor

  • Du berichtest an den Store Manager und vertrittst diesen in Abwesenheit

Requirements

Das bringst du mit:

  • Du hast eine Berufsausbildung vorzugsweise im Einzelhandel abgeschlossen, in erster Linie zählt für uns jedoch deine Einstellung

  • Du hattest schon Berührungspunkte mit der Personalführung oder bringst die notwendigen kommunikativen Skills mit

  • Du hast ein analytisches Verständnis und die intrinsische Motivation stets besser zu werden

  • Du bist verfügbar für regelmäßige Samstagsarbeit

  • Du sprichst verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
