Dans le cadre de notre développement et pour renforcer notre équipe sur le Canton du Valais, nous recherchons un(e)
Product Owner
pour participer à des projets stratégiques.

Responsabilités clés

Gestion du backlog produit

  • Définir, prioriser et maintenir le backlog en accord avec la vision produit.
  • Rédiger des user stories claires et détaillées.

Collaboration avec les équipes

  • Travailler avec les développeurs, UX/UI designers et QA pour assurer la qualité des livrables.
  • Participer aux cérémonies Agile (daily, sprint planning, review, retrospective).

Interface avec les parties prenantes

  • Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers.
  • Communiquer régulièrement sur l'avancement et les évolutions du produit.

Suivi des performances

  • Définir les critères d'acceptation et valider les livrables.
  • Mesurer la satisfaction utilisateur et proposer des améliorations.

Compétences requises

  • Techniques
    : Maîtrise des méthodes Agile/Scrum, outils de gestion (Jira, Confluence).
  • Business
    : Bonne compréhension des enjeux métiers et des processus digitaux.
  • Soft skills
    : Communication, organisation, capacité à prioriser, esprit analytique.

La mission est à pourvoir dès maintenant pour un démarrage début 2026.
