Omnilex is creating the next generation of legal intelligence. Our AI understands legal reasoning and helps professionals make smarter decisions with clarity and speed.
Today, Omnilex supports law firms, insurance companies, and corporate legal teams in Switzerland and Germany. As Omnilex' customers base is growing, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager who ensures every customer experiences real value and long-term success with Omnilex.
The Role
You will be the primary contact for our customers from onboarding on, guiding them to achieve their goals with Omnilex and turning them into enthusiastic users and advocates.
Your work will focus on building strong relationships, ensuring high adoption, identifying growth opportunities, and connecting customer insights back to product and sales.
This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys helping professionals succeed while shaping how a fast-growing AI company supports its users.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers across law firms, insurers, and corporate legal teams
- Guide customers through onboarding, training, and early adoption to ensure smooth implementation and high engagement
- Proactively monitor usage, identify risks, and implement actions to drive retention and satisfaction
- Gather structured customer feedback and translate insights into recommendations for product and sales teams
- Identify and drive opportunities for renewals and expansion within existing accounts
- Contribute to customer-facing materials such as guides, training sessions, and best practice documentation

Customers achieve measurable results and actively advocate for Omnilex. Retention and engagement remain high because users feel supported, understood, and consistently see value.
Who You Are
- 3–5+ years of experience in Customer Success or Key Account Management
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with empathy for customer needs
- Structured, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple clients at once
- Analytical approach with the ability to translate feedback into actionable insights
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
