About the Role

We are looking for a
Scientific Marketing Manager Restorative Dentistry
to join our global team at the headquarters in Lucerne. In this role, you will bridge scientific expertise and commercial execution to drive the success of GC's Restorative portfolio worldwide, with a strong focus on GC America in North and Latin America.

You will create high-quality scientific content, support product launches, and strengthen the positioning of new and existing workflows. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you will collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Regulatory Affairs, while engaging closely with dental professionals and key opinion leaders to deliver impactful communication and campaigns.

Reporting to the Head of Restorative Dentistry, you will play a key role in shaping GC's global marketing strategy, ensuring market adoption, innovation, and customer value.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter-expertise in Restorative, Esthetic and Adhesive dentistry to all stakeholders
• Support key projects (mainly new global strategic products) and defined priority products on relevant aspects of the customer journey
• Develop and create high-quality scientific content for educational and commercial activities, regional campaigns and incentives
• Collaborate and align with R&D experts in the creation of technical and clinical documentations and scientific communication tools
• Carefully analyze markets, clinical trends and new technologies in close collaboration with global and regional teams to drive innovation in Restorative dentistry
• Identify new touchpoints in the markets suitable to leverage GC's key messages and to create a unique Customer Experience
• Identify, build, foster and drive strong relationships to selected global KOLs and influencers
• Support in customer insights panels and activities related to Restorative material projects

Your Profile:

• Scientific degree, PhD/Dr or Master in Dentistry, Life Sciences or Marketing/Product management
• Experience (10+ years) in a similar role in an international/global and matrix environment in the dental industry, alternatively each 5+ years in the dental industry and experience as Clinician/GP with strong collaborations with the dental industry i.e. as lecturer
• Expert knowledge of modern Restorative dentistry with products (composites, bonding, cements, etc) and workflows (Esthetic, Adhesive, Digital, MI dentistry)
• Experience of executing strategic and tactical Marketing campaigns
• Marketing and/or Scientific Marketing experience in North America organisations highly appreciated
• Demonstrated results driven, enthusiasm and intensity with purpose
• Proficient in MS Office and presentation skills
• Excellent oral & written command in English; Spanish and portugues language skills highly appreciated
• Flexibility to travel up to 40%
