Axians est une organisation accréditée selon la norme ISO 17025, spécialisée dans la mesure de rayonnement non ionisant (RNI) des installations de téléphonie mobile (« laboratoire RNI »). L'organisation vérifie que les valeurs limites prescrites par la loi dans le cadre de l'ordonnance sur le RNI (ORNI) sont respectées.

Nous souhaitons t'accueillir dans l'une de nos Business Units, dès maintenant ou à convenir. Tu dirigera notre équipe de laboratoire NIS bien rodée et tu pourras en même temps t'adonner à ta passion technique et collaborer activement au sein de cette équipe. En collaboration avec eux, tu veilleras au bon fonctionnement et au développement de notre laboratoire.

Le taux d'occupation varie entre 80% et 100%. Ton lieu de travail peut se situer à Ittigen, Zurich, Lausanne ou Müllheim TG.

Gestion et développement du laboratoire de mesure accrédité (ISO pour les mesures RNIPilotage technique, personnel et commercialInterface avec les clients (opérateurs de réseaux mobiles) et les autorités (services spécialisés RNI des cantons, organismes de certification)Garantie de la qualité des mesures effectuées et des protocolesSoutien des technicien(ne)s de mesure en cas de problèmes pendant les mesures

Tu es intéressé(e) et passionné(e) par la technologie. Tu es capable d'inspirer l'équipe et de fournir des résultats clairs et convaincants de manière autonome. Ta méthode de travail se caractérise par une qualité élevée et une conscience des coûts. L'ouverture, la serviabilité et une communication claire sont pour toi des évidences qui enrichissent chaque collaboration.

Formation professionnelle achevée en technique de communication (HES) ou plusieurs années d'expérience professionnelle dans un poste similaireConnaissances des technologies de téléphonie mobile (3G, 4G et 5G), technique de mesure des hautes fréquencesOrientation client prononcéeDe très bonnes connaissances en allemand et en français, à l'oral et à l'écrit, complètent ton profil
