The Company are looking to recruit an experienced and reliable full-time Office Manager to the efficient day-to-day functioning of the office.
Main Responsibilities Include
Managing general office administration
Reception services, meeting rooms, visitor management
Supporting travel arrangements and expenses,
Preparing correspondence and deliveries, coordinating suppliers, invoices, and office resources
Organizing internal meetings, executive receptions, and company events, and assisting with operational projects
Digital tools, and internal systems.
Profil Recherché
Fluent in both English & French language C1 minimum.
Proven experience in office management, administration, or a similar role (2-3 years).
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage ad hoc requests.
Professional communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Ability to handle both routine administrative tasks and ad hoc operational needs.
Spanish or Polish (is a plus)
