Job Description

Senior Fichier Central – Private Banking

Pour une banque privée de taille humaine, nous recherchons un(e) Senior Fichier Central pour superviser et optimiser la gestion des dossiers clients tout en garantissant la conformité aux réglementations en vigueur.

Vos responsabilités:

  • Assurer la coordination et l'amélioration des processus internes pour plus d'efficacité et de rigueur.
  • Piloter l'ensemble des processus liés à l'ouverture, la modification et la clôture des comptes.
  • Veiller à l'encodage précis des données dans les systèmes bancaires.
  • Gérer les procédures de clôture et les frais associés avec précision.
  • Vérifier l'authenticité des signatures et garantir la conformité réglementaire des documents.
  • Assurer le suivi des pièces justificatives manquantes auprès des Relationship Managers.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes Compliance et Juridique pour répondre aux exigences réglementaires.

Votre profil:

  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire en banque privée en Suisse.
  • Expérience avérée en gestion d'équipe dans un environnement bancaire, impératif.
  • Maîtrise approfondie des réglementations bancaires applicables aux clients privés et institutionnels.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
  • À l'aise avec les systèmes bancaires et outils digitaux liés à la gestion des données clients.
