Facilities/Maintenance Mechanic Associate (m/w/d)

Beschreibung

Die Organisation "Operations & Maintain Assets" ist am Standort Basel und Kaiseraugst für die Sicherstellung des Gebäudebetriebs sowie die Erbringung von Dienstleistungen im Instandhaltungsbereich zuständig. Der Kreis Technical Solutions und Maintenance bietet beste technische Lösungen und Werkstatt- Dienstleistungen. Wir suchen einen Maintenance Specialist (Instandhaltungsmechaniker) (w/m) im Bereich «Produktion und Entwicklung» für den Standort Basel/Kaiseraugst. Der Arbeitsort befindet sich in Basel, vereinzelte Arbeitseinsätze in Kaiseraugst können sein. Als Maintenance Specialist (Instandhaltungsmechaniker) (w/m) bist du zuständig für:


• Störungsbehebungen, Instandhaltungen und Umbauten an Produktionsanlagen (Regel-, Membra-,

Begasungs- und Bodenventile)


• Gleitringdichtungen: Montage / Demontage / Schadenanalyse


• Wartung, Unterhalt und Störungsbehebungen an Vakuumpumpen in Labor und Produktion


• Wartung und Unterhalt von Sicherheitsventilen und Berstscheiben


• Betreiben von Werkzeugausgabe inkl. Bestellungsabwicklung

Der perfekte Kandidat (m/w/d):
besitzt mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung, sowie eine Weiterbildung als Instandhaltungsfachperson. GMP-Kenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse und fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden das Profil ab. Weiterhin sind vertiefte SAP-Kenntnisse sowie deren effiziente Anwendung im Arbeitsalltag, Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich.

Standard / 40 Stunden Woche

Aufgaben

Auftraggebern (intern) beratend zur Seite stehen und jederzeit die wirtschaftlichste Lösung für verschiedenste Problemstellungen finden, Abklärungen mit Lieferanten treffen und eigenständig Bestellungen durchführen, Bereichsübergreifend in interdisziplinären Teams arbeiten und an diversen spannenden Projekten mitwirken, Nach GMP-Vorschrift Arbeiten und dokumentieren, Setzen von eigenen Zielen und die Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung, um auf dem Stand der Technik zu bleiben, Mit deinem Fachwissen Veränderung bewirken und Fachwissen aus anderen Bereichen nutzen, Den Informationsaustausch in den Fachbereichen gewährleisten und proaktiv, sowie eigenverantwortlich in selbstorganisierten Teams mitwirken

Qualifikation

Weiterbildung als Instandhaltungsfachperson (*****), Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Mechanik (z.B. Mechaniker, Polymechaniker, Instandhaltungsmechaniker) (*****), GMP-Kenntnisse (*****), Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Instandhaltung (*****), Idealerweise Englischkenntnisse, Fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
