Im Jahr 2024 hat Swissport International professionelle Bodenverkehrsdienstleistungen für rund 247 Millionen Fluggäste erbracht (2023: 232 million) und in 117 Luftfrachthallen weltweit rund 5 Millionen Tonnen Luftfracht (2023: 4.7 million) umgeschlagen. Mehrere ihrer Frachthallen sind vom Branchenverband IATA (CEIV Pharma) und der britischen MHRA speziell für das anspruchsvolle Handling von Pharmasendungen zertifiziert. Swissport beschäftigt per Ende Dezember 2024 weltweit rund Mitarbeitende und ist an 276 Flughäfen in 45 Ländern auf sechs Kontinenten tätig.
Wir suchen für unser Payroll Switzerland Team per sofort eine dienstleistungsorientierte, aufgeschlossene und motivierte Persönlichkeit in der Funktion als:
PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (M/W/D)

Zur Verstärkung unseres Payroll-Teams suchen wir per sofort eine engagierte Fachkraft mit ersten Erfahrungen in der Lohnverarbeitung (SAP) und Sozialversicherung. Der temporäre Einsatz dauert bis Ende Mai 2026. In dieser Funktion übernimmst du operative Aufgaben im Bereich Payroll.
Das bewegst du bei uns:
Du unterstützt die Lohnverarbeitung von A–Z in SAP R/3-HR, inklusive Erfassung von variablen Lohnbestandteilen, Mutationen und Taggeldzahlungen.
Eingereichte Unterlagen prüfst du auf Vollständigkeit, ergänzt Arbeitgeberangaben und holst fehlende Informationen selbständig bei Mitarbeitenden ein.
Du unterstützt die Bearbeitung von EO-, Unfall- und Krankheitsfällen, inklusive Anträge bei Ausgleichskassen sowie Rücklaufkontrolle der relevanten Formulare.
Als Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende und Behörden beantwortest du kompetent Fragen zu Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsthemen - per E-Mail oder Telefon.
- Du beantragst Sozialversicherungsgelder bei der zuständigen Ausgleichskasse und behältst den Überblick über offene Fälle.
Das bringst du mit:
Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erste Berufserfahrung in der Lohnverarbeitung.
Der Umgang mit Zahlen liegt dir, du arbeitest strukturiert, exakt und zuverlässig, auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen.
Deine Deutschkenntnisse sind stilsicher, Französisch ist ein grosser Vorteil und weitere Sprachen sind ein Plus.
Mit MS Office gehst du routiniert um, Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 Payroll sind von Vorteil.
