Job Description
  • Intégration au sein du département Finance & Controlling ;
  • Contrôle des remontées comptables transmises mensuellement par les régies immobilières, ainsi que vérification par sondage du respect du guide de gestion interne ;
  • Tenue de la comptabilité des fonds et des sociétés, y compris les bouclements ;
  • Etablissement de la première version des rapports semestriels et annuels conformément aux
    dispositions légales & calcul de la VNI ;
  • Etablissements des rapports mensuels de gestion ;
  • Calcul et analyses des indicateurs de performances selon les directives AMAS ;
  • Gestion budgétaire (préparation, suivi et prévisions) ;
  • Gestion des liquidités, du taux d'endettement et du financement ;
  • Contrôle des variations des évaluations des immeubles (méthode DCF) d'une période à l'autre ;
  • Etablissement des décomptes TVA ;
  • Calcul des différents impôts & établissement des déclarations d'impôts (impôts directs, impôts
    de liquidation, impôts immobiliers, impôts sur gains immobiliers, valeur fiscale de la part,...) ;
  • Calcul et comptabilisation des différentes rémunérations de la société de direction ;
  • Suivi des aspects financiers liés aux gros projets de développement (chantiers) ;
  • Vérification et validation des paiements ;
  • Contrôle des restrictions de placement selon contrat de fonds ;
  • Etablissement de la statistique BNS trimestrielle ;
  • Préparation des factsheets trimestrielles ;
  • Participation aux projets d'amélioration et mise en place des processus permettant d'optimiser
    la gestion du Fonds ;
  • Participation active aux différents projets menés par le département ;
  • Suppléance lors des absences des collègues ;
  • Collaboration avec la société d'audit lor de la clôture des comptes annuels ;
  • Collaboration avec les mandataires (banque dépositaire, régies immobilières et experts immobiliers), ainsi que les autres prestataires ;
  • Divers reporting ;
  • Participation à la vie du bureau au quotidien.
The Successful Applicant
  • Formation académique supérieure (Brevet Fédéral en Finance et Comptabilité, HEG ou HEC) ;
  • Expérience similaire en comptabilité suisse, comptabilité immobilière ou comptabilité de fond de placement en Suisse ;
  • Très bonnes connaissances en comptabilité suisse ;
  • Bonne maîtrise des logiciels comptables ;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la langue française à l'oral comme à l'écrit ;
  • Maîtrise de la langue allemande comme un atout ;
  • Dynamique, esprit d'équipe, analytique & polyvalent(e).
