Für unseren Kunden in Bern, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Senior IT Product Owner:in - Digital Workplace. 

Als Senior Product Owner:in sind Sie die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business und Entwicklung. Sie sorgen dafür, dass die Services unseres Kunden reibungslos laufen und kontinuierlich verbessert werden. Dabei übernehmen Sie die fachliche Führung des Teams und stellen sicher, dass die Produktvision umgesetzt wird.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Fachliche Steuerung und Priorisierung des Agile Teams
  • Verantwortung für Produktstrategie und Servicequalität gemeinsam mit dem Product Manager
  • Definition und Pflege des Team Backlogs sowie Erstellung von User Stories
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern und Business Ownern
  • Teilnahme an PI-Planungen, System Demos und agilen Events
  • Sicherstellung des täglichen Betriebs und Koordination von Abhängigkeiten
  • Mitgestaltung der Roadmap und Program Vision
  • Förderung einer agilen Kultur und eines konstruktiven Dialogs im Team
  • Zentrale News-Schnittstelle: Erstellung und Pflege von betrieblichen News, Roadmaps und Monatsrückblicken
  • Complaint Management: Analyse und Bearbeitung komplexer Fälle, Backlog- und Statistikprüfung
  • Reporting: Erstellung täglicher Statistiken zur Betriebslage
  • Incident Controlling: Kontrolle des IC-Dashboards, Eskalation und Ticketbearbeitung
  • Bearbeitung von Tickets mit besonderen Herausforderungen
  • Tägliche Kapazitätsplanung inkl. An-/Abwesenheitslisten
  • Teilnahme und Moderation im Problem Management Weekly
  • Mitarbeit an Prozessverbesserungen und punktuelle Unterstützung im Kontrollturm
  • Wissensmanagement: Identifikation von Wissenslücken und Unterstützung bei deren Schliessung

Ihr Profil:

  • Erfahrung als IT Product Owner oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
  • Lean-Agile Mindset und Servant Leadership
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholdermanagement-Skills
  • Belastbarkeit, Eigeninitiative und Teamorientierung
  • Nice to have: ITIL-Grundkenntnisse, Erfahrung mit Reporting und Data Analytics
  • Deutsch fliessend, Englisch gute Kenntnisse
