Für unseren Kunden ein internationales Pharma Unternehmen mit Sitz in Kaiseraugst suchen wir, einen Product Manager 100 % (w/m/d).

**Ihre Aufgaben**

Sie betreuen, steuern und optimieren alle Aktivitäten unseres Online-Shops und entwickeln diesen erfolgreich weiter. Sie erkennen Trends, sind nahe am Markt, beobachten und analysieren diesen laufend, erarbeiten Marketingstrategien und setzen diese um. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Geschäftsführer evaluieren und lancieren Sie neue Produkte und Dienstleistungen. Sie führen Verhandlungen mit unseren Lieferanten, ergänzen und optimieren laufend unser Sortiment. Eine enge Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Innendienst und der Marketingabteilung sind sehr wichtig. Die Planung von Verkaufsförderungsmassahmen und dessen Controlling sowie die Erstellung von Reportings gehören ebenfalls zu Ihren Aufgaben. Kurzum: Sie haben die komplette Verantwortung über unseren Online-Shop, inklusive der Verwaltung von Produkten, Gestaltung der User Experience, Definition von Webshop-Inhalten sowie Umsetzung von Online-Promotionen.

**Ihr Profil**
- Ausbildung im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich oder im Detailhandel
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Product Management und im Bereich E-Commerce (SEO, SEA, digitale Werbung) sowie mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in Online-Shop Management
- Äusserst fundierte Kenntnisse in der Nutzung von Web-Analytics um KPIs (Traffic, AOV, Conversionrate, Customer Journey) zu analysieren und maximieren
- Weiterbildungen in den für die Aufgabe wichtigen Fachbereichen
- Verhandlungsstark, Erfahrung im Einkauf, hohe Selbständigkeit
- Fundierte Kenntnisse von Web-Technologien, hohe Affinität für digitale Themen
- Muttersprache Deutsch, Englisch
- und Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- Unternehmerisch denkende und handelnde Persönlichkeit
- Freude Verantwortung zu übernehmen und unseren Handelsbereich erfolgreich weiterzuentwickeln
