The PositionAm Standort Basel Drug Substance produzieren wir in drei Manufacturing Units – Monoclonal Antibody (MAB), Antibody Drug Conjugate (ADC) und Single Use Technology (SUT) – hochwertige pharmazeutische Wirkstoffe, um Patienten weltweit mit Medikamenten zu versorgen. Das Operations Team Bau 91 bietet dir die Möglichkeit, in einem biologischen Produktionsumfeld eigenständig abwechslungsreiche und anspruchsvolle Aufgaben zu übernehmen.
Die MöglichkeitIn dieser Funktion übernimmst du folgende Veranwortlichkeiten:
Operative Tätigkeiten im biotechnologischen Betrieb inkl. SUT-/ADC-Technologie
Durchführung täglicher Produktionsabläufe gemäss Produktionsplan und Sicherstellung der GMP-konformen Produktion
GMP-gerechte Dokumentation, Dokumentenkontrolle und -abschluss
Bedienung, Überwachung sowie Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten an Anlagen/Geräten (inkl. Störungs- und Alarmhandhabung)
Sicherstellung des qualifizierten Status aller GMP-Anlagen und Meldung von Abweichungen/Vorkommnissen im MES
Unterstützung im Materialmanagement sowie Ein-/Auslagerung von Verbrauchs- und Single-Use-Materialien
Schulung und Weiterbildung von Mitarbeitenden
Gewährleistung von Sicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich
Um in dieser spannenden Rolle erfolgreich zu sein, bringst du idealerweise Folgendes mit:
Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Chemie- und Pharmatechnologe oder Laborant
Fundiertes GMP-Verständnis, idealerweise mit Erfahrung in der Pharmaproduktion oder Biotechnologie
Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office (Word, Excel) und idealerweise in Veeva und MES
Erfahrung im Umgang mit automatisierten Anlagen im Produktionsmaßstab
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
