Für unseren Kunden, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n, motivierte:n und aufgeschlossene:n Product Owner/Solution Architekt:in.

Das Projekt kann remote innerhalb der EU durchgeführt werden mit gelegentlicher Anwesenheit beim Kunden in Köln, Deutschland.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Du bist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung komplexer IT-Architekturen in innovativen Softwarelösungen sowie für die strategisch-technologische Beratung unserer Kunden
  • Du führst Team(s) aus technischer Perspektive vom Kick-off bis zum Roll-out und stehst in engem Austausch mit dem Projektmanagement
  • Mit deinen Leadership-Fähigkeiten gewinnst du dein Projektteam und unsere Kunden für Ideen, inspirierst sie und mobilisierst sie
  • Durch das Coaching deiner Teammitglieder in Software Engineering und Architektur sowie in der Anwendung agiler Prinzipien leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zum Projekterfolg

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH, Uni, ETH oder vergleichbar) in Informatik, Software Engineering oder einem verwandten Fachgebiet
  • Fünf Jahre Erfahrung als Software Engineer und/oder Architekt
  • Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung hochverfügbarer und sicherer Cloud-Lösungen sowie Expertise in Softwarearchitekturen und -dokumentation.
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in konzeptioneller Arbeit und im Domain Modeling
  • Erfahrener Fullstack-Architekt mit folgenden Technologien: TypeScript, , sowie SQL-/NoSQL-Datenbanken
  • Kenntnisse in DevOps/GitOps, insbesondere CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes und Monitoring sowie im Bereich Security (z. B. OAuth2, OIDC sowie Authentifizierung und Autorisierung)
  • Überzeugende Führungseigenschaften sowie eine Coaching- und Mentoring-Mentalität, ein Growth Mindset und die Bereitschaft zum kontinuierlichen Lernen mit
  • Fliessende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
