Solution Owner*in SAP Quality Management (QM

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortung für Prozessdesign, Customizing und Umsetzung im SAP QM Modul (S/4HANA)
  • Analyse und Priorisierung von Anforderungen im Qualitätsmanagement in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, Einkauf, Logistik und Qualitätssicherung
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-QM-Prozesse (Qualitätsplanung, Prüfplanung, Qualitätsprüfung, Reklamationen)
  • Durchführung des Customizings in SAP QM (z. B. Prüfpläne, Merkmale, Prüflose, Maßnahmen)
  • Integration der QM-Prozesse mit Produktions-, Beschaffungs- und Logistikprozessen (PP, MM, EWM)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einbindung externer Systeme und Schnittstellen (z. B. LIMS, IDocs, BAPIs)
  • Koordination und Durchführung von Systemtests, Go-Live und Hypercare

Ihre Profil

  • Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Ingenieurwesen, Qualitätssicherung, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit SAP-Bezug
  • Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (3–5 Jahre) in der Einführung, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP-QM-Prozessen
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsplanung, Prüfprozessen, Reklamationen und Sperrbestandsmanagement
  • Du hast Erfahrung mit S/4HANA und der Umstellung von klassischen Prozessen und Datenstrukturen auf S/4-Standards (z. B. Fiori-Apps, neues Reporting)
  • Du kennst die Integration von QM mit MM, PP, SD, EWM und MES-Systemen
  • Kenntnisse in Schnittstellen- und Datenintegrationstechnologien wie IDoc, BAPI, LIMS-Kopplung sind wünschenswert
  • Du arbeitest analytisch, selbstständig und strukturiert, bist teamfähig und kommunikationsstark, zudem verfügst du über sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
