Wir suchen für eine international ausgerichtete Kanzlei im Herzen von Zürich, die grossen Wert auf persönliche Betreuung, fachliche Exzellenz und individuelle Mandantenbeziehungen legt. Die Kanzlei beratet Private Clients und Unternehmen in komplexen, oft grenzüberschreitenden Fragestellungen.

Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der Anwältinnen und Anwälte in anspruchsvollen internationalen Mandaten
  • Erstellung und Vorbereitung juristischer Dokumente, Verträge und Formulare
  • Mithilfe bei der Strukturierung und Verwaltung von Trusts, Stiftungen und komplexen Vermögensstrukturen
  • Mandats- und Fristenmanagement
  • Koordination mit Behörden, Banken, Treuhändern und internationalen Partnern
  • Recherchearbeiten und Vorbereitung von Dossiers

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder juristische Ausbildung (z. B. Paralegal, Rechtsfachfrau/-mann, Legal Assistant oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
  • Berufserfahrung im Trust-Bereich, Family Office, Treuhand, Wealth Planning oder mit internationalen Strukturen
  • Hohe Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und organisatorisches Talent
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Anwältinnen und Anwälten in komplexen internationalen Dossiers
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse; weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
  • Diskrete, professionelle Auftretensweise
