In our dynamic team, you'll play a key role in ensuring the robustness and reliability of HPLC methods for biologics. Your Role
  • Execute HPLC method validation experiments for antibodies, proteins and peptides using various separation techniques (e.g. SEC, IEX, RP, peptide mapping)
  • Collaborate closely with scientists and reviewers throughout validation studies
  • Accurately document and evaluate raw data in compliance with GMP and internal standards
  • Support the preparation, review and verification of validation reports and related documentation
  • Provide hands-on support to the routine HPLC lab during peak workload or staff shortages
  • Organize, perform and monitor maintenance and qualification activities for analytical instruments

Your Profile
  • Completed laboratory training with at least 10 years of professional experience
  • Strong expertise in HPLC/UPLC analysis and troubleshooting
  • Proven experience in method validation within a GMP-regulated environment
  • Experience contributing to or reviewing validation reports
  • A reliable, detail-oriented and structured working style
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to take ownership of lab activities
  • Good command of both English and German (spoken and written)
