We're looking for an enthusiastic Marketing & Communications Intern to join the AirConsole team. You're not just someone who asks "What should I make?" you're the type who first asks "What will this achieve, and why does it matter?"

If you're passionate about gaming, digital culture, and impactful storytelling, this internship offers a front-row seat to global marketing in action, from concept development to campaign launch. Working closely with our PR & Marketing Manager, you'll gain hands-on experience bringing AirConsole's brand and products to life through campaigns, strategic partnerships, and creative initiatives.

The Details

• Duration: 6-Month Full-Time Internship (100% commitment) with the potential for a full-time role upon successful completion.
• Compensation: CHF 3'000.-
• Fully on site
• Candidates must have Swiss working permit (B,C)

What You'll Do
You will support the PR & Marketing Manager across the full marketing lifecycle, including:

• Campaign Execution & Coordination: Actively help plan and execute key marketing initiatives. This involves coordinating efficiently with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary assets and ensuring clear, aligned communication across all teams and partners.
• Content & Launch Strategy: Assist in preparing games for release, crafting compelling descriptions, coordinating visual assets, and managing announcements across various channels.
• Digital Presence Management: Maintain our website and social media channels with fresh content, news, and timely updates.
• User Activation: Contribute to end-user activation campaigns through push notifications, email marketing, and other channels to drive engagement.
• Research & Insights: Proactively research market trends, content opportunities, and competitive landscapes in gaming, mobility, and tech.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign results, compiling clear insights to inform future strategy.
• Asset Creation: Leverage your visual skills to support the creation and adaptation of marketing content.

What You Bring

• Current or recent studies in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• Proven video editing and visual content creation skills. Please include a link to your portfolio.
• A genuine passion for digital trends, gaming, and strategic storytelling.
• An organized, proactive, and curious mindset; you have a desire to understand the "why" behind every task.
• Fluent professional English.
