Die Abteilung Distribution stellt sicher, dass die Angebote von SRF in den linearen Radio- und TV-Programmen sowie auf den digitalen Kanälen und Plattformen veröffentlicht werden, auf denen sich unsere Zielgruppen bewegen – mit dem richtigen Themenmix, in der richtigen Form, zur richtigen Zeit, im richtigen Umfang, mit der passenden Marke – gestützt durch ein digital ausgerichtetes Marketing.

Was sind Ihre Aufgaben?

Ab 1. Januar 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung befristet bis 31. Dezember 2026 verantworten Sie im digitalen Kanalmanagement von SRF im Team Kanäle Digital SRF News folgende Aufgaben:

  • Moderation der Diskussionen auf den Social-Media-Kanälen von SRF News (Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, X) sowie auf der SRF-News-App und Sicherstellung des Dialogs mit unseren Nutzerinnen und Nutzern
  • Erstellung von zielgruppengerechten Community-Inhalten wie Online-Artikel, Live-Chats oder Umfragen
  • Vertretung der Communitys und Einbringen von Nutzerfeedbacks in die Redaktionen und Inhaltteams
  • Erstellung regelmässiger Auswertungen sowie Herausgabe von Handlungsempfehlungen für die Optimierung unserer Angebote
Was bringen Sie mit?
  • Erfahrung im Community Management und Freude am Austausch mit den Nutzerinnen und Nutzern
  • Interesse an Online-Journalismus sowie Kenntnisse der gängigen Social-Media-Tools
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch und sehr gute schriftliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit; weitere Landessprachen sind ein Plus
  • Hohe Affinität zu Nachrichten und ausgeprägtes Gespür für gesellschaftliche Themen
